Immco Pty Ltd – Warranty Policy (CTP Parts)

Immco Pty Ltd is backed by the quality of CTP (Costex Tractor Parts) with a clear and competitive warranty structure designed for the earthmoving and heavy equipment industry.

All new CTP replacement parts supplied by Immco Pty Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, all parts supplied fall into the Standard Coverage.

Standard Coverage:
  • Up to 18 months from original invoice date.

CTP internal engine parts, includes internal (pistons, rings, liners) and external components (oil pumps, water pumps, turbochargers).

Warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of:

  • 6 months from installation

  • Maximum 12 months from original invoice date

CTP Ground Engaging tools, including but not limited to, CTP blades, tips, adapters, and side cutters.

Warranted against premature breakage for:

  • 90 days warranty from original invoice date

CTP undercarriage parts, includes link assemblies and rollers.

Warranted from defects and workmanship for the period of:

  • 12 months from original invoice date

CTP Electrical & Hydraulic parts, includes Electrical (Starter Motor, Alternators, Lights, Air Compressors) and Hydraulic (Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Motors, Hydraulic Steering Control Units).

Warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of:

  • 6 months from installation

  • Maximum 12 months from original invoice date


Includes non-stocked items, custom-made parts, third-party sourced parts, surplus stock, and used items sold “as is”

Not covered under this warranty

What Immco Covers?

Our approved claims provide the following backing:

  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Or credit issued at Immco's discretion
  • Subject to prior approval, will require proof of cost incurred
  • Based on reasonable local industry rates (non-emergency maintenance)
  • Capped at USD $30/hour equivalent in AUD
  • No overtime or penalty rates covered
  • For consumables expended in the process of installation, we will provide the relevant Oil, Filters, Coolant etc for the re-installation.
  • Subject to prior approval

We do not cover any of the following:

Immco Pty Ltd does not cover any product if found to be a result of:

  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Accidents or external damage
  • Environmental exposure

Warranty will be voided and no replacement parts will be issued:

  • If any of the products have been found to be modified or tampered with.

Immco Pty Ltd will not be liable for: 

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Equipment downtime, including machine operator wages
  • Damage to other equipment
  • Transport, freight or towing costs
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
